How to Install an X-Combo

Requirements

• An Xpeng car whose software supports automation routines.
• The Xpeng app installed on your phone and signed in to the account paired with the car.
• The car and the phone on the same account, with the car online.
• A combo from this site whose model tags match your car.

Installation steps

1. Open the combo page on this site and read the description in full.
2. Check the tags: a combo built for another model may reference controls your car does not have.
3. Use the Copy code button to copy the combo content.
4. Open the automation section of the Xpeng app on your phone.
5. Create a new routine and import or recreate the copied content.
6. Review every condition and action before saving.
7. Save the routine and keep it disabled until you have tested it.

How to import a combo

Combos on this site are shared as text so you can read exactly what they do before anything reaches your car. Each combo has three parts:

• Trigger — what starts the routine, for example rain detected or the car being locked.
• Conditions — extra checks that must hold, for example the car being parked.
• Actions — what the car does, for example closing the windows.

Recreate those three parts in the app in the same order. If a control named in the combo does not exist on your car, stop: the combo was not written for your model.

Test before using

1. Test with the car parked, in a safe place, with nobody inside.
2. Trigger the routine manually first and watch what the car actually does.
3. Check that nothing unexpected happens: doors, windows, mirrors and climate all behave as described.
4. Only then enable the automatic trigger.
5. Watch it for a few days before you rely on it.

If a combo does not behave as described, leave a comment on its page so the author can fix it, or report it if it looks unsafe.
